Call for natural gas licence applications in Northern Ireland (Text with EEA relevance) Official Journal C 327 , 28/12/2002 P. 0011 - 0011 Call for natural gas licence applications in Northern Ireland (2002/C 327/09) (Text with EEA relevance) On 5 April 2002 The Director General of Gas for Northern Ireland Mr Douglas McIldoon (The Director), at the request of the Minister for Enterprise Trade and Investment, issued an invitation for expressions of interest from natural gas companies interested in developping Northern Ireland's natural gas network beyond the Phoenix Natural Gas Licensed area. The Director and the Department now wish to invite formal applications for natural gas conveyance and/or supply licences in Northern Ireland.
