2005/938/EC: Council Decision of 8 December 2005 on the approval on behalf of the European Community of the Agreement on the International Dolphin Conservation Programme

The Agreement on the International Dolphin Conservation Programme is hereby approved on behalf of the Community. The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.

The President of the Council is hereby authorised to designate the person(s) empowered to deposit the instrument of approval with the Government of the United States of America as Depositary of the Agreement in Accordance with Article XXXII thereof.
