Article 1

The anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of cathode-ray colour television picture tubes, including video monitor cathode-ray tubes, of all sizes, falling within CN codes 85401111, 85401113, 85401115, 85401119, 85401191 and 85401199, originating in the Peoples Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia and Thailand, is hereby terminated.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
