Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 1010/2009 is amended as follows: Annex IX is amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2010.
