Article 1 Non-approval of active substance
The active substance 2-naphthyloxyacetic acid is not approved.
Article 2 Repeal
Decision 2009/65/EC is repealed.
Article 3 Entry into force
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
