The anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of tartaric acid currently falling within CN Code ex29181200, originating in the People’s Republic of China limited to one Chinese exporting producer, Hangzhou Bioking Biochemical Engineering Co. Ltd, is hereby terminated.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
