Decision of the Director of Europol of 18 April 2014 — Implementing the Decision of the Europol Management Board of 16 November 1999 agreeing to the conditions and procedures laid down by Europol regarding taxes applicable to salaries and emoluments paid to Europol staff members for the benefit of Europol

With effect from 1 July 2010: The value mentioned in the first sentence of Article 4 of the Annex to the Decision of the Europol Management Board of 16 November 1999 shall be replaced by EUR 121,45. The values in euro unit mentioned in the table included in Article 4 of the Annex to the Decision of the Europol Management Board of 16 November 1999 shall be replaced by the following: 8 % to amounts between EUR 121,45 and EUR 2139,28 10 % to amounts between EUR 2139,29 and EUR 2946,53 12,5 % to amounts between EUR 2946,54 and EUR 3376,87 15 % to amounts between EUR 3376,88 and EUR 3834,95 17,5 % to amounts between EUR 3834,96 and EUR 4265,33 20 % to amounts between EUR 4265,34 and EUR 4682,49 22,5 % to amounts between EUR 4682,50 and EUR 5112,85 25 % to amounts between EUR 5112,86 and EUR 5530,01 27,5 % to amounts between EUR 5530,02 and EUR 5960,36 30 % to amounts between EUR 5960,37 and EUR 6377,53 32,5 % to amounts between EUR 6377,54 and EUR 6807,89 35 % to amounts between EUR 6807,90 and EUR 7225,71 40 % to amounts between EUR 7225,72 and EUR 7656,10 45 % to amounts above EUR 7656,11

This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its adoption by the Director.
