Article 1

Vorbehaltlich der Spezifikationen und Bedingungen im Anhang wird Decansäure als Wirkstoff zur Verwendung in Biozidprodukten der Produktarten 4, 18 und 19 genehmigt.

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
