Article 1

In point B of Annex II to Directive 2002/46/EC, the following entry is inserted after the entry ‘chromium(III) chloride’: ‘chromium enriched yeast

Article 2

In point 2 of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006, the following entry is inserted after the entry ‘chromium picolinate’: ‘chromium(III) lactate tri-hydrate’.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
