Article 1

Annex V to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

From 16 April 2015 only cosmetic products which comply with this Regulation shall be placed on the Union market. From 16 October 2015 only cosmetic products which comply with this Regulation shall be made available on the Union market.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 16 April 2015.
