Article 1

In accordance with Article 3(2) of Decision 2000/258/EC, the following laboratories are authorised to perform the serological tests to monitor the effectiveness of rabies vaccines in dogs, cats and ferrets: (a) Diagnostic Laboratory for Rabies and Wildlife Associated Zoonoses (DLR) Changchun Veterinary Research Institute (CVRI) Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) 666 Liuying West Rd, Jingyue Economic Development Zone, Changchun 130122 China (b) Laboratory of Epidemiology Military Veterinary Research Institute, Academy of Military Medical Sciences 666 Liuying West Rd, Jingyue Economic Development District Changchun 130122 China

Article 2

This Decision shall apply from 1 February 2015.
