Deutschland stellt sicher, dass die gemäß Artikel 16 Absatz 1 der Richtlinie 2005/94/EG abgegrenzten Schutz- und Überwachungszonen mindestens die in Teil A und Teil B des Anhangs des vorliegenden Beschlusses aufgeführten Gebiete umfassen.

Article 2

Dieser Beschluss ist an die Bundesrepublik Deutschland gerichtet.
