Article 1

‘2 KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft is hereby approved as the external auditors of the Deutsche Bundesbank for the financial years 2015 to 2020.’.

Article 2

This Decision shall take effect on the date of its notification.

This Decision is addressed to the ECB.
