Article 1

Vorbehaltlich der Spezifikationen und Bedingungen im Anhang wird Glutaraldehyd als Wirkstoff zur Verwendung in Biozidprodukten der Produktarten 2, 3, 4, 6, 11 und 12 genehmigt.

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
