Commission Decision (EU) 2016/2068 of 29 July 2013 on State aid SA.35611 (13/C) that France plans to implement in favour of the PSA Peugeot Citroën SA Group (notified under document C(2013) 4971) (Text with EEA relevance )

The State aid that France is planning to implement in favour of the PSA Peugeot Citroën SA Group, in the form of a State guarantee covering the bond issues of Banque PSA Finances up to 31 December 2016 and capped at EUR 7 billion (with a gross grant equivalent of EUR 486 million), and in the form of repayable advances of EUR 85,9 million for the conduct of the 50CO2Cars R&D project, namely a total amount of aid of EUR 571,9 million, is compatible with the internal market. The implementation of this State aid is therefore approved.

This Decision is addressed to the French Republic.
