Article 1

Die Anhänge II, III und V der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 396/2005 werden gemäß dem Anhang der vorliegenden Verordnung geändert.

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft. Sie gilt jedoch ab dem 12. Februar 2016 in Bezug auf den RHG für Thiacloprid in Erdartischocken sowie den RHG für Trifloxystrobin in Oliven für die Gewinnung von Öl.
