Article 1

Vorbehaltlich der Spezifikationen und Bedingungen im Anhang wird C(M)IT/MIT (3:1) als Wirkstoff zur Verwendung in Biozidprodukten der Produktarten 2, 4, 6, 11, 12 und 13 genehmigt.

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
