Article 1

Implementing Regulation (EU) No 686/2012 is amended as follows: (1) The title is replaced by the following: ‘Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 686/2012 of 26 July 2012 allocating to Member States, for the purposes of the renewal procedure, the evaluation of active substances’. (2) The Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 686/2012 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
