Article 1

Anhang V der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1223/2009 wird entsprechend dem Anhang der vorliegenden Verordnung geändert.

Article 2

Ab dem 12. Februar 2017 dürfen nur kosmetische Mittel, die den Bestimmungen dieser Verordnung entsprechen, auf dem Unionsmarkt in Verkehr gebracht und bereitgestellt werden.

Article 3

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
