Article 1

‘12 Deloitte Certified Public Accountants S.A. are hereby approved as the external auditors of the Bank of Greece for the financial years 2017 to 2021.’.

Article 2

This Decision shall take effect on the date of its notification.

This Decision is addressed to the ECB.
