Article 1

The anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of terephthalic acid of a purity by weight of 99,5 % or more and its salts currently falling within CN code ex29173600 (TARIC code 2917360010) and originating in the Republic of Korea is hereby terminated.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
