Die Stiftung für Progressive Europäische Studien wird hiermit als europäische politische Stiftung eingetragen. Sie erwirbt europäische Rechtspersönlichkeit am Tag der Veröffentlichung dieser Entscheidung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union.

Article 2

Diese Entscheidung wird am Tag ihrer Bekanntgabe wirksam.

Article 3

Diese Entscheidung richtet sich an die Stiftung für Progressive Europäische Studien Rue Montoyer/Montoyerstraat 40 1000 Bruxelles/Brussel BELGIQUE/BELGIË
