Article 1

Vorbehaltlich der Spezifikationen und Bedingungen im Anhang wird 2-Methyl-1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-on als Wirkstoff zur Verwendung in Biozidprodukten der Produktart 6 genehmigt.

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
