Das Železničná Spoločnosť Cargo Slovakia, a.s., von der Slowakischen Republik gewährte Darlehen in Höhe von 165969594,37 EUR stellt keine staatliche Beihilfe im Sinne von Artikel 107 Absatz 1 des Vertrags über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union dar.
