Article 1

Infolge der Beschlüsse 2002/192/EG und 2012/764/EU wendet Irland die Verordnung (EU) 2018/1726 insoweit an, als sie sich auf das Betriebsmanagement des VIS und der Teile des SIS, die Irland nicht anwendet, sowie auf das Betriebsmanagement des EES und des ETIAS bezieht.

Article 2

Dieser Beschluss tritt am Tag seiner Annahme in Kraft.
