Folgende Personen werden mit Wirkung vom 1. Januar 2020 für eine Amtszeit von acht Jahren zu Mitgliedern des Direktoriums der Europäischen Zentralbank ernannt: Herr Fabio PANETTA, Frau Isabel SCHNABEL.

Article 2

Dieser Beschluss tritt am Tag seiner Annahme in Kraft.
