Article 1

Annexes II and IV to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall however apply from 13 August 2019 for the MRLs for penconazole.
