Article 1

The sectoral reference document on best environmental management practices, sector environmental performance indicators and benchmarks of excellence for the waste management sector is set out in the Annex to this Decision.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 12 August 2020.
