Article 1 Amendments to Regulation (EU) No 139/2014

Annexes I, III and IV to Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2 Date of entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Points (3)(d), (3)(e), (3)(q) and (3)(r) of the Annex to this Regulation, as well as point ADR.OPS.A.057(d)(4) of Annex IV to Regulation (EU) No 139/2014 shall apply from 12 August 2021. Points (2)(a), (3)(a) and (b) of the Annex shall apply from 27 January 2022.
