Article 1

In Annex III of Decision 2009/908/EU, the text ‘Working Party on Legal Data Processing’ is deleted.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption. It shall apply from 1 July 2021. It shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
