Article 1

Vorbehaltlich der Spezifikationen und Bedingungen im Anhang wird aus Natriumchlorid durch Elektrolyse hergestelltes Aktivchlor als Wirkstoff zur Verwendung in Biozidprodukten der Produktart 1 genehmigt.

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
