Article 1

Kroatien erfüllt die notwendigen Voraussetzungen für die Einführung des Euro. Die Ausnahmeregelung gemäß Artikel 5 der Beitrittsakte von 2012 wird mit Wirkung vom 1. Januar 2023 aufgehoben.

Article 2

Dieser Beschluss ist an die Mitgliedstaaten gerichtet.
