1 A definitive anti-dumping duty is imposed on imports of tube and pipe fittings (other than cast fittings, flanges and threaded fittings), of iron or steel (not including stainless steel), with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 609,6 mm, of a kind used for butt-welding or other purposes, currently falling under CN codes ex73079311, ex73079319 and ex73079980 (TARIC codes 7307931191, 7307931193, 7307931194, 7307931195, 7307931199, 7307931991, 7307931993, 7307931994, 7307931995, 7307931999, 7307998092, 7307998093, 7307998094, 7307998095 and 7307998098) and originating in the People’s Republic of China.

1 The definitive anti-dumping duty imposed by Article 1 on imports originating in the People’s Republic of China is hereby extended to imports of the same fittings (currently classified under TARIC codes: 7307931191; 7307931991; 7307998092) consigned from Taiwan (TARIC additional code A 999), whether declared as originating in Taiwan or not, with the exception of those produced by Chup Hsin Enterprise Co. Ltd, Kaohsiung (Taiwan) (TARIC additional code A098), Rigid Industries Co. Ltd, Kaohsiung (Taiwan) (TARIC additional code A099) and Niang Hong Pipe Fittings Co. 2 The definitive anti-dumping duty imposed by Article 1 on imports originating in the People’s Republic of China is hereby extended to imports of tube or pipe fittings (other than cast fittings, flanges and threaded fittings), of iron or steel (not including stainless steel), with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 609,6 mm, of a kind used for butt-welding or other purposes, currently classified under CN codes ex73079311 (TARIC code 7307931193), ex73079319 (TARIC code 7307931993), and ex73079980 (TARIC code 7307998093) consigned from Indonesia, whether declared as originating in Indonesia or not.

3 The definitive anti-dumping duty imposed by Article 1 on imports originating in the People’s Republic of China is hereby extended to imports of tube or pipe fittings (other than cast fittings, flanges and threaded fittings) of iron or steel (not including stainless steel), with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 609,6 mm, of a kind used for butt-welding or other purposes, currently classified under CN codes ex73079311 (TARIC code 7307931194), ex73079319 (TARIC code 7307931994), and ex73079980 (TARIC code 7307998094) consigned from Sri Lanka, whether declared as originating in Sri Lanka or not.

4 The definitive anti-dumping duty imposed by Article 1 on imports originating in the People’s Republic of China is hereby extended to imports of tube or pipe fittings (other than cast fittings, flanges and threaded fittings), of iron or steel (not including stainless steel), with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 609,6 mm, of a kind used for butt-welding or other purposes, currently classified under CN codes ex73079311 (TARIC code 7307931195), ex73079319 (TARIC code 7307931995), and ex73079980 (TARIC code 7307998095) consigned from the Philippines, whether declared as originating in the Philippines or not.

5 Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
