Article 1

Die staatliche Beihilfe in Höhe von 225 Mio. DKK, die Dänemark zugunsten von Post Danmark A/S teilweise durchgeführt hat, ist gemäß Artikel 106 Absatz 2 AEUV mit dem Binnenmarkt vereinbar.

Article 2

Dieser Beschluss ist an das Königreich Dänemark gerichtet.
