Article 1

Article 15 of Directive 2014/25/EU is amended as follows: (1) in point (a), ‘EUR 431000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 443000’; (2) in point (b), ‘EUR 5382000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 5538000’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2024.
