Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2884 of 20 December 2023 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1780 establishing standard forms for the publication of notices in the field of public procurement

From 1 June 2024 until 30 October 2024 the fields related to Regulation (EU) 2022/1031 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Regulation (EU) 2022/2560 of the European Parliament and of the Council set out in the Annex to this Regulation as amended by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2884 may be used in addition to the fields set out in the Annex to this Regulation as amended by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2303 for the publication of notices in the Official Journal of the European Union once the Commission has published a notice on its webpage announcing that the formats and procedures for sending notices electronically as referred to in point 2 of Annex IX to Directive 2014/23/EU, in point 3 of Annex VIII to Directive 2014/24/EU and in point 3 of Annex IX to Directive 2014/25/EU have been adapted for that purpose. From 1 November 2024 until 28 February 2025, both the forms including information set out in the Annex to this Regulation and those set out in the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1780 as amended by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/2303 may be used for the publication of notices in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 June 2024. However, Article 1, point (2), shall apply from 1 November 2024.
