1 The values relating to the performance of manufacturers and pools of manufacturers of new passenger cars in respect of the calendar year 2022, as referred to in Article 9(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2019/631, are specified in Annex I to this Decision.

2 The values relating to the performance of manufacturers and pools of manufacturers of new light commercial vehicles in respect of the calendar year 2022, as referred to in Article 9(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2019/631, are specified in Annex II to this Decision.
