Article 1 Union testing facility for the category of electromagnetic compatibility

The Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania, Mortos str. 14, LT-03219 Vilnius, Lithuania is hereby designated as a Union testing facility for electromagnetic compatibility.

Article 2 Review of the designation

The designation as a Union testing facility referred to in Article 1 of this Decision shall be reviewed in accordance with Article 2 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1267 by 14 April 2030, and every five years thereafter.

Article 3 Entry into force

This Decision shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
