Forvis Mazars GmbH & Co. KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Steuerberatungsgesellschaft is hereby approved as the external auditor of the ECB for the financial years 2025 to 2029.’.

This Decision shall take effect on the day of its notification.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the ECB.
