Article 1

In Article 16(1) of Decision (CFSP) 2024/3116, the following subparagraph is added: ‘The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure of the ESDC during the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 shall be EUR 3309800,02.’.

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
