Article 1

Peressigsäure, hergestellt aus 1,3-Diacetyloxypropan-2-ylacetat und Wasserstoffperoxid, wird unter den Bedingungen im Anhang als Wirkstoff zur Verwendung in Biozidprodukten der Produktart 2 genehmigt.

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
