The Annex to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/191 is amended as follows: ‘People’s Republic of ChinaSHANGHAI MOREGOOD HARDWARE CO., LTD.C837’ is replaced by: ‘People’s Republic of China SHANGHAI MOREGOOD HARDWARE CO., LTD. Moregood Hardware Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. C837’

Article 2

The TARIC additional code C837 previously attributed to SHANGHAI MOREGOOD HARDWARE CO., LTD. shall apply to SHANGHAI MOREGOOD HARDWARE CO., LTD. and Moregood Hardware Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
