Article 1

Die Laboratorium Dr. Deppe GmbH erhält eine Unionszulassung mit der Zulassungsnummer EU-0033834-0000 für die Bereitstellung auf dem Markt und die Verwendung der Biozidproduktfamilie „BPF Propan-2-ol Dr Deppe“ gemäß der Zusammenfassung der Biozidprodukteigenschaften im Anhang. Die Unionszulassung gilt vom 9. Oktober 2025 bis zum 30. September 2035.

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
