Article 1(2) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/265 is amended as follows: ‘Türkiye Qua Granite ve Hayal Yapi Ürünleri San. Tic. A.Ş.; Bien Yapi Ürünleri San. Tic. A.Ş. 4,8 %C901’ is replaced by: ‘TürkiyeQua Granite Hayal Yapi ve Ürünleri Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş.; Bien Yapi Ürünleri Sanayi Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş.4,8 %C901’

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 11 February 2023.
