Article 1

For the purposes of application of the Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Kingdom of Norway, Decision No 3/82 of the Joint Committee shall apply in the Community. The text of the Decision is attached to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply with effect from 1 January 1982.
