Article 1

The first citation in Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 is hereby replaced by the following: ‘Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Articles 28, 43 and 113 thereof’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall apply with effect from 10 September 1987.
