Article 1

1 The Agreement between the Community, on the one hand, and the Republic of Austria, the Republic of Finland, the Republic of Iceland, the Kingdom of Norway, the Kingdom of Sweden and the Swiss Confederation, on the other, laying down a procedure for the exchange of information in the field of technical regulations is hereby approved on behalf of the Community.

2 The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.

Article 2

The President of the Council shall carry out, on behalf of the Community, the notification provided for in Article 17 of the Agreement .
