Article 1

The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 3792/90 is hereby replaced by the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. This Regulation shall apply to applications for aid submitted from 21 January 1991.
