Article 1

The Agreement relating to scientific and technical cooperation between the European Community and Australia is hereby approved on behalf of the Community. The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.

Article 2

The President of the Council shall carry out the notifications provided for in Article 11 of the Agreement.
