96/205/EC: Council Decision of 20 November 1995 concerning the provisional application of certain provisions of the Interregional Framework Cooperation Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Southern Common Market and its Party States, of the other part

The exchange of letters between the Community and Mercosur, which provides for the provisional application of certain provisions of the Interregional Framework Cooperation Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Southern Common Market and its Party States, of the other part, is hereby approved on behalf of the Community. The text of the exchange of letters is attached to this Decision.

The Commission shall represent the Community within the bodies referred to in Articles 27 and 29 of the Agreement.

This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
